Wedding and Events
Our Weddings & Events work centers on transforming meaningful details into beautifully stitched experiences. Each celebration begins with inspiration drawn from the couple, the setting, or the invitation design, evolving into custom décor, thoughtful gifts, and cohesive embroidered elements throughout the event. From monogrammed linens and personalized keepsakes to fully custom logos and live on-site embroidery for guests, every piece is created with intention and craftsmanship. The result is more than decoration — it’s a collection of lasting pieces that reflect the people, the story, and the celebration itself.

Wedding logo Napkin place Card
From paper to thread, this design began with the wedding invitation artwork, which set the tone for the monogram and overall aesthetic. We translated the logo into stitch-ready form, carefully selecting thread colors to complement the invitation palette and wedding styling. Early sample swatches allowed us to refine scale, density, and detail before final production. The finished embroidered pieces were thoughtfully paired with the printed wedding menu, creating a cohesive, layered place setting that tied together every visual element of the celebration.

Rehersal Wedding Party Hats
For this wedding, the custom chapel illustration featured on the invitation became the foundation of the design. We carefully refined the architectural lines—arches, bell detail, and surrounding trees—simplifying them so they would translate cleanly into thread without losing character. The couple’s wording, “The Ruths est. 2025,” was adjusted for stitch clarity and balanced beneath the structure. Several embroidered samples were produced to perfect line weight, spacing, and scale on the cap front. Once finalized, the design was stitched onto custom hats, turning the invitation artwork into cohesive wedding-weekend wear for the entire group.

Logo created for a wedding welcome party
This design started with the bride’s love for the 1981 World Series and the memories tied to it. We pulled inspiration from vintage baseball logos—bold lettering, classic badge shapes, and that nostalgic sports feel—then reworked it to say “Wedding Week” with the couple’s names and date. We sketched a few playful options, adjusted fonts and layout, and digitized the final version so it felt authentic but personal. The result became a fun, meaningful logo for their pre-wedding baseball game.

Bachlor Party Hats
This design began with the idea of telling their story through Día de Muertos–inspired flags. We explored traditional papel picado shapes and bold, celebratory colors, then created custom flag panels—each one representing a chapter of their journey. One honors where they met at Michigan State, another reflects their life in Chicago, one marks Cabo 2025 for the bachelor party, and the final flag celebrates Madison & Sean’s wedding on 12/05/25. After refining layout, color balance, and stitch detail, the design was digitized and embroidered onto hats, turning their shared history into a wearable keepsake for the weekend.

ON-Site Customisation Bandanas
For this real estate client gathering, we created two custom bandana design options. The first featured a clean mountain motif inspired by Utah’s landscape—simple, bold, and instantly recognizable. The second introduced a custom key icon, thoughtfully designed by combining the silhouette of Utah with mountain peaks that form the key's teeth—symbolizing home, place, and community.
After refining scale, line weight, and stitch clarity for fabric printing, we brought the designs to life on bandanas for the event. Guests were then invited to personalize theirs on-site, adding names, dog names, nicknames, and playful sayings alongside the mountain mark. The result was an interactive experience and a collection of one-of-a-kind bandanas that felt personal, fun, and meaningful.
